At Yoga Siromani we are passionate about sharing the benefits that yoga can bring in helping to maintain and increase physical and mental health and well being. Irrespective of size, age or ability we have a class, course, or workshop for you. Our health should always be our first priority, so in these difficult times take a moment to reconnect, rebalance, and re-energise.
All our team at podspilates are Chartered Physiotherapists and Certified Pilates instructors (APPI trained). Pilates can help significantly with back pain rehabilitation & prevention, postural improvement, and antenatal & post natal recovery. We offer very small group pilates sessions so can give you plenty of individual attention and tailor the classes to your specific needs. All our clients have a 1-1 back and posture assessment before joining the class. Our classes run in the evenings.
Classes take place on Wednesday evenings.
