At Yoga Siromani we are passionate about sharing the benefits that yoga can bring in helping to maintain and increase physical and mental health and well being. Irrespective of size, age or ability we have a class, course, or workshop for you. Our health should always be our first priority, so in these difficult times take a moment to re-connect, re-balance, and re-energise.
Classes take place on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
