By applying to enrol, you agree to the rules and regulations of the National Opera Studio and the terms and conditions stated here. Please ensure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before enrolling.

Joining the course

Within one week of receiving your payment, we will send you an email with a Booking Form. This form will be reviewed by NOS, after which we will confirm your place.

Rescheduling

The NOS reserves the right to make any changes to course content at any point. It may be necessary, on occasion, to alter scheduling during the course (if, for example, a coach is ill). We try to keep this to a minimum and will do our best to provide notice of any changes. Please note we are not able to accommodate N/A requests during NOS short courses. If you are unable to attend any portion of the course, the NOS is under no obligation to rearrange the schedule or reorganise missed sessions.

Cancellation by NOS

The NOS reserves the right to cancel a course. If this occurs, we will refund your course fee in full.

Cancellation by you

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. Refunds should be received within 10 working days where applicable.

If you opt for a repayment plan, any refunds for cancellations will depend on what payment has been made by the point of cancellation. The policy will follow the same dates and rates as above, so, as an example, if you have only paid 50% by the time of cancellation 40 days before the start of the course, then no refund will be due.

All participants must comply with NOS Health & Safety regulations and must take care at all times to ensure their own safety as well as that of their fellow participants. Personal belongings are the responsibility of participants and the NOS cannot be held responsible for loss of personal items. No insurance is provided.
