After reading
Music at Cambridge (where she also an Instrumental Award and Choral
Exhibition), Caroline completed her Masters Degree and was later appointed
the Geoffrey Parsons Junior Fellow at the RCM. She was the trainee repetiteur
at ENO (Jan - July 07) and was invited back to join their music staff
from Sept - Nov 07. She was appointed Director of Music at St. Matthews
Church in Croydon in Sept 2006 and is currently a Vocal Repertoire Coach
at the GSMD. Caroline has performed on BBC television and Radio several
times including being interviewed on ‘In Tune’ with Sean
Rafferty. Prizes include a Sir Henry Richardson Award, the John Ireland
and Sir Arthur Bliss prizes for song accompaniment and the accompanists’
prizes in: the ‘Performing Australian Music’ competition,
the ‘Haverhill Sinfonia Soloists Competition’ and the ‘Great
Elm Vocal Competition’. Caroline has performed as a duo recitalist
at the Royal Festival Hall and the Wigmore Hall.
