Recording Day

Our subsidised recording days are intended for singers or pianists who wish to create high-quality video and audio recordings for applications or their online channels. Sessions are £160 — a saving of £100 off our regular rate!

The session (our standard filming package - normally £260) is managed by a NOS AV technician and uses our state-of-the-art multi-camera set up in the Blackburn Hall of the National Opera Studio.

What you will receive:
You will receive up to 3 video edits of your performances and - if required - fixed camera edits that match standard audition requirements. We therefore recommended you prepared 2 or 3 pieces to film. Audio-only files are also possible.

Saturday 20 January 2024 – 11-7pm – 7 sessions available

What's included:

• A one-hour video recording session. (Singers must arrange to bring their own accompanists. We recommend recording a max of three arias or pieces)

• High-definition video and audio files via secure download link within 10 business days. (Rush processing is not available.)
