A Spring Soiree

A fundraising evening with David Butt Philip and the Young Artists of the National Opera Studio

Live

One of today’s most exciting British tenors, NOS alum David Butt Philip has rapidly become a firm favourite on the international opera stage.

We are  delighted to announce that David will give a short masterclass to some of the Studio’s current Young Artists before joining them on stage to perform a selection of opera scenes.  The evening provides special insight into the intense training undertaken by our Young Artists during their time at NOS : a 9-month programme provided free of charge to some of the world’s most exceptional talent aiming to become the stars of tomorrow.

The evening will begin with a drinks reception at 7pm and the music performance starting promptly at 7.30pm.  At 9pm guests will enjoy a post performance reception when you can meet and mingle with David and the talented Young Artists.  Wines and bowl food will be served.

This event is designed as part of a major Springtime fundraising initiative for NOS, to also include an exciting online Silent Auction running throughout April 2026 featuring exceptional prizes and money-can’t-buy experiences.
