Ben-San Lau

Alum Recital

Live

We are welcoming back our alums to the Studio for a series of free recitals. This is an opportunity for them to try out new programmes, repertoire, or even styles – and for our audiences to follow their journeys since leaving the Studio.

Ben-San Lau

San was born in Manchester and trained at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, the National Opera Studio, and the Opera National de Paris. He is currently a freelance pianist and repetiteur, working regularly for Glyndebourne and the Royal Opera. He was a recipient of a Musician’s Company Concert Award supported by the Concordia Foundation, a prize winner in the Oxford Lieder Young Artist Platform, and a Britten-Pears Young Artist.
