We are delighted to report a record-breaking year for applications, with 532 singers applying to the programme. Here's a breakdown of applications by voice type, as well as the three most frequently submitted arias for each category.

National Opera Studio Joins the Big Give Christmas Challenge

We’re delighted to announce that the National Opera Studio will be taking part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge. This December, we’re aiming to raise £37,500 to support our mission of providing free, world-class training to the UK’s most exceptional emerging opera singers and pianists. For one week only, donations made through the Big Give platform will be matched pound for pound.
