Announcing our 2024/25 Young Artists

The Young Artists who will be joining the National Opera Studio for the 2024/25 training year have been announced.

We are delighted to present the highly talented 2024/25 cohort of Young Artists joining the National Opera Studio this September*. These exceptional artists will engage in nine months of training through our intensive programme, equipping them for successful careers in today’s opera industry.

Our Young Artists receive top-tier musical, vocal, and language coaching, training in stagecraft and physical disciplines, valuable performance opportunities, substantial professional exposure, resilience coaching, and much more.

Throughout the year, these individuals will showcase their artistry, performing together in masterclasses, livestreamed recitals, concerts across London and orchestral residencies with our esteemed partner companies.

Our Young Artists receive fully funded training along with a monthly performance stipend, additional bursary support, and extra funds for singing lessons and auditions.

They perform together at the Studio for the very first time on Wednesday 25 September – the first of our monthly recital series – Wandsworth Wednesdays. These are free, ticketed events so make sure to book through our website to avoid disappointment!
