British mezzo-soprano and 2019/20 Young Artist Samantha Oxborough tells us about her time at the National Opera Studio and what she hopes to bring to the music world. The interview also includes a performance of "I am doomed ever" from David Blake's Persephone's Rounds, accompanied by Juliane Gallant, recorded in a concert at the National Opera Studio in October 2019.
