The recital at the China Exchange launched the Opera Roots initiative, where our Young Artists create a recital, working alongside our team at every step of the process, from securing a venue, to marketing the event and curating a programme with our music staff.

This specially abridged version of one of the world's most popular operas featured four rising operatic stars from the National Opera Studio and members of Burntwood's acclaimed choral ensembles. With key highlights woven together into a seamless narrative and Bizet's stunning music brought to life by an exceptional pianist, this was an evening to remember.
